Welcome to Smyrna/Vinings/Marietta Macaroni Kid!  I know, it's a mouthful. But just as this community is growing, so has this site, and I'm thrilled to officially incorporate Marietta into our mix.

In "real life" I'm a public relations consultant, working on everything from the "Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! Tour" to "The Vampire Diaries" and a number of shows for Lifetime Television Network. I learned about Macaroni Kid when outreaching to parent bloggers, and since there were no other MK communities in Georgia last November, I thought, I can do that!

I love putting this site together every week. I have two boys - ages 2 and 4, and I find the information to be just as useful as many of you do! Who knew there was SO much to do with our kids?

Please feel free to contact me anytime with article suggestions, general feedback, or just to say hello! I hope to one day soon have a Macaroni Kid get-together, though if you all showed up we might need a small arena (I'm not complaining!).
