Big news for Marietta this Holiday Season!!
The Historic Marietta Square will transform into a nostalgic Winter Wonderland this Holiday Season. Features will include an open air ice skating rink, Santa’s Workshop, multistory Christmas Tree and the inaugural New Year’s Eve Celebration.
The Historic Marietta Square will transform into a nostalgic Winter Wonderland this Holiday Season. Features will include an open air ice skating rink, Santa’s Workshop, multistory Christmas Tree and the inaugural New Year’s Eve Celebration.
“We are working hard to create a magical Holiday experience, to provide the setting that will build cherished memories that will last a lifetime. It’s an honor to be a part of it all.”, says Jenny King, a local artist, owner of Red Door Art Gallery & Studio and a member of the team facilitating this event. King adds, “The Square often resembles a Hallmark movie on a regular day...to see it transform into a winter wonderland and to be able to share that feeling with everyone is truly amazing.”
There are a few more enhancements in the works (i.e. Ice Sculpting), but be sure mark your calendar for the following key dates:
Skate Rink Hours:
Monday - Thursday 4:30pm to 10pm
Friday 4:30 to 11pm
Friday 4:30 to 11pm
Saturday 10am to 11pm
Sundays Noon to 10pm
(There will be extended hours during school breaks and open Thanksgiving and Christmas.)

Thursday, December 3rd - Santa Claus is coming to town.
