Premium Pet Foods & Grooming, LLC is Smyrna's first Specialty Pet Food store, conveniently located at 4924 S. Cobb Dr. in Smyrna. We opened our doors January 22, 2011 and have been enjoying the wonderful people of Smyrna and the surrounding area ever since. My name is Dathan Johnson, or DJ, as many of my customers have grown to know me by. I am a native of Savannah, but moved to Atlanta in 1997 to attend Georgia State University, where I obtained my Bachelors in Criminal Justice. I am a husband and a father of twins, Dathan II & Daelyn. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, but just needed to identify the right passion to fuel it. I am an animal lover in every sense of the word and am dedicated to providing products and services that will improve your pet’s well being.
After living in the Marietta/Smyrna area for the last few years, we identified with the lack of pet specialty stores in the area. The idea that you can receive a wealth of knowledge on pet products without being overwhelmed was our goal in the setup of PPFG. In today’s society we continue to build ideas around convenience, which is what also lead us to include grooming as a part of the store's services. We want to serve as your one stop shop for your grooming and pet supply needs. We provide full grooming services for both dogs and dats. Our groomer, Cindy, has a great love for her craft and it shows in the presentation of her work.
