Are You a Skinny Cow Fan?
Until recently I had no idea that SKINNY COW made ice cream cones. I'm quite familiar with the original ice cream sandwiches (I believe we called them two-point sandwiches when I did Weight Watchers years ago!). But today I tried a Chocolate with Fudge cone. And it was SO good! Here's a delicious dessert you certainly don't have to feel guilty about - only 150 calories and 3 grams of fat.

SKINNY COW recently announced a new product that I'm very much looking forward to (I'm amilkshake addict!) - SKINNY COW SLIMITED EDITIONS SHAKE-STIRS. Just add skim milk, wait one minute then stir for a delicious, refreshing low-fat frozen shake. Best of all, the shakes are created in an all-inclusive cup – no blender needed! Each single-serve container prepares 11 fluid ounces of deliciousness. Flavors include White Mint cookie and Double Chocolate Crumble . I haven't seen these yet in the stores where I shop - but maybe they've just been sold out! When I find it, I'll let you know what I think. I'm pretty certain they'll be fabulous.
