Ballet Fitness, LLC is a brand new dance fitness studio in Smyrna offering small, personalized group fitness classes that make fitness fun. Expect a friendly atmosphere with a sense of community! Best of all, there are NO membership fees! (Scroll Down to see how you can win a class!)

The set schedule of classes for adults currently includes Balletone, Zumba, and Hot Hula (read about them HERE).

Kids can try a Kid Hip Hop class for ages 6-12 on Thursdays at 5pm. It's not only a lot of fun, but also improves focus and coordination. The instructor, Aisylnn Harris, has been teaching dance for over six years and her love of dance is contagious. 

Mommy & Me classes are on Mondays at 10:30AM and are taught by Kim Linenkohl, a former professional ballet dancer with the Georgia Ballet, and a mom of two. The class will allow moms and their preschoolers (although any age child is welcome) to exercise through stretches, simple ballet moves, scarf dancing, and creative movement, and can be done barefoot or with ballet shoes.
