Extreme Dinosaurs gathers some of the world's strangest dinosaurs in an experience that showcases the stories behind their unique appearance. Guests are immersed in a naturalistic landscape filled with 17 lifelike and life-size animatronic dinosaurs that roar, snarl, open their jaws, blink their eyes, move their limbs and much more.
Extreme Dinosaurs is an educational and entertaining exhibition suited for the whole family. The exhibition features some of the newest, bizarre dinosaur finds from the current “Golden Age” of paleontology, capturing the human fascination with dinosaurs at an exciting moment in dinosaur history. It also includes skeletons, real fossils and fossil replicas including a favorite of younger guests, dinosaur dung. The interactive activities are sure to provide hours of family-friendly entertainment and education.
“While generation after generation has been fascinated by dinosaurs, most people are not aware that we are in a time many are referring to as the second ‘Golden Age’ of dinosaur discovery,” said Mark Lach, creative director for Premier Exhibitions. “New species are being unearthed and identified at an unprecedented rate, and this exhibition, rooted in the most current scientific thinking and verified by paleontologists, provides guests an attractive blend of science, inspiration and excitement into some of these remarkable finds.”

The Extreme Dinosaurs exhibit is located at Atlantic Station at 265 18th Street, Level 2 near escalator 5, Atlanta. It is open Monday- Thursday, 11:00 AM- 5:00 PM and Friday- Sunday, 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM.
