The restaurant is now offering an extensive lunch menu filled many favorites from their popular tapas dinner menu, as well as unique flatbreads, salads, sliders, sandwiches and tacos. Several Slider Options For Lunch!Some of the stars of Executive Chef and Partner Brian Kennington’s lunch menu include their Triple B Sliders that are topped with smoky bacon, blue cheese and buffalo sauce, Blackened Tilapia Tacos topped with crispy slaw, and Red Sky’s signature cilantro jalapeno aioli, a Blackened Ahi Tuna Salad seared rare and served over spring mix tossed with pico de gallo and pineapple soy vinaigrette topped with a poach egg, “White Pizza,” with parmesan cream, crispy bacon, fresh Portobello mushrooms and shredded mozzarella and of course their famed Roasted Corn and Lobster Dip.

Ahi Tuna SaladThe majority of lunch entrees range from $7 -$9, with many including a choice of homemade slaw, fries or sweet potato fries.
“Because so many people are coming from work and have a limited time for lunch, we created this menu to feature some unique lunch entrees, but also dishes that we can prepare quickly,” comments Chef Kennington. “We guarantee that guests will not only enjoy their lunch experience here, but they will be served their lunch in under 15 minutes from the time they order,” concludes Kennington.

Red Sky also offers a diverse children’s menu featuring many all time children’s favorites, such as Mini Corn Dogs, Cheese Quesadillas, Mac and Cheese, Chicken Fingers and Cheese Pizza. Each of these Kid’s Entrees are only $4. Plus, on Sunday evenings, kids 12 & under eat free from 4:00pm 'til close (with purchase of adult entree).

Another new addition at Red Sky is their fabulous Sunday Brunch Menu featuring some deliciously innovative spins on traditional favorites. Several of the dishes are available tapas style, an unusual take on brunch, such as Plantains Foster Waffles featuring Belgium style waffles topped with coconut fried plantains, Buffalo Chicken and Waffles, Lobster Cake Eggs Benedict and home-baked Buttermilk Biscuits topped with Parmesan Gravy. Brunch Tapas range in price between $3.50 and $7. For those with a heartier appetite, full plates are available on the Brunch Menu’s “Lunchy Brunchy” section. Dishes such as a Fried Green Tomatoes BLT, Jerk Chicken Tacos and house made Chicken Pot Pie are great for those looking for more savory options. Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys are offered during Sunday Brunch for $14.
Lunch is available Monday through Friday from 11am until 4pm and Brunch is served on Sundays from 10:30am until 3pm. Dinner is served beginning at 4pm nightly.
