Youth Camp Description: 
This year's summer camp theme is "Art Around the World"
We will explore the cultures, wildlife, landscapes, and art of four major continents.

Week one: June 29 - July 1 Sensational South America
Week two: July 6 - July 10  African Wild
Week three: July 13 - July 17  European Exploration
Week four: July 20 - July 24 Asian Aristans

Each week there will be a full day (9am - 3pm) camp, broken into morning and afternoon sessions for two age groups. These sessions will cover different subjects, mediums, and techniques, and will not repeat in any other camp. Therefore, feel free to sign up for more than one week!

Morning sessions will cover two-dimensional art, such as: 
Painting, Drawing, and Mixed Media.
Afternoon sessions will cover three-dimensional art, such as: 
Sculpture, Ceramics/clay, and textured media.

Description:
This week will cover a variety of art techniques, instruction will be provided by professional artists that are experts in their mediums. These topics will include clay and ceramics, painting, drawing, and mosaics. All students will be invited to choose their favorite piece created during the week, to be featured at the end of summer art exhibition on Thursday, July 30th.
