Hand, Hoof and Heart is a camp located in East Cobb for the special needs community. Does your child love horses? This might be the perfect camp for him/her! Horseback riding, fishing, hiking, crafts and more are offered during each session. And they are already filling up, so register quickly or you'll miss the chance to experience this amazing camp.
