Location: Smyrna Village Green

FREE ADMISSION! The Spring Jonquil Festival is held on the beautiful Village Green in downtown Smyrna, Georgia next to the Market Village.Ā The festival features over 175 arts & crafts booths, 15 food booths, an entertainment stage, and a variety of children's activities. Bring the family and shop, play, eat, drink and just have a great day together.Ā Visit the Crawfish Boil hosted by the Merchants in the Market Village on Saturday from 12 p.m. - 10:45 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Team Rock Ninja Experience: This amazing team of martial arts experts has been wowing audiences around the world with high-flying, jaw-dropping performances that showcase an extraordinary display of extreme breaking and theatrics. This team has been featured on America's Got Talent and will bring you a show like you've never seen before!

K-9's in Flight: Audiences of all ages will be entertained by this non-stop, action-packed performance showcasing the top amazing K-9Ā sports, includingK-9 dock diving, high jump and Frisbee all in a fun, high-flying atmosphere.

Stilt Walkers: Strolling through the festival will be the phenomenon knows as the Walking ThreeMan! At over 12 feet tall, TreeMan can be seenĀ from 150 yards away! Keep your eyes peeled for a 10 ft tall Woody from Toy Story!

Interactive Kids Zone: Bring the kids as they are sure to be entertained with a wide variety of inflatable slides, Quad Bungee, Rockwall, bouncesĀ and much more. Master Puppeteer Peter HartA crowd favorite, Peter Hart will be bringing his Atlanta Puppet Show to the Spring Jonquil Festival! Peterā€™s festival puppet show has appeal to everyone in a family audience with unique marionettes and puppet characters that sing, dance, juggle, play fiddle, break apart and come back together, squirt water, and are even launched by catapult across the stage!

Live Entertainment: Adding the right sounds...Scott Thompson for your listening pleasure. J. Scott Thompson one of the founding members of Peachtree Station (voted Atlanta Magazineā€™s Best Country Band 2000) will entertain you with all your favorite songs on the Veteranā€™s Memorial grand lawn adjacent to the Spring Jonquil Food Court. Bring a blanket, sing-a-long, and relax in a beautiful setting with the family.

Taste of West Cobb is coming back for its 10th annual event at Hillgrove High School. Taking advantage of expanded space for restaurants, kids activities and entertainment.Ā Sample some of West Cobbā€™s finest and most popular restaurants and bakeries. Plus, enjoy some of the area's best local student performance groups. Admission is free. Tickets may be purchased on site for food and select activities (bounce houses, train).Ā Proceeds benefit the Hillgrove Music Education Program.

TASTE OF MARIETTA, APRIL 30

Location: Historic Marietta Square

Get your taste buds and dancing shoes ready for Taste of Marietta, one of the largest and most exciting food festivals in Georgia, as it celebrates its 24th year on Sunday, April 30.

This yearā€™s festival on the Marietta Square will host more than 80 restaurants from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will close the evening with aĀ special performance by TRIBUTE: a celebration of the Allman Brothers Band at 5 p.m. on the Glover Park Stage. Admission to the event is free,Ā and visitors can purchase as many tastings as they like ā€“ ranging from Italian to seafood, steak to BBQ, ice cream to doughnuts ā€“ for just $1Ā to $5 each. The food truck lineup, always a crowd favorite, returns with nearly a dozen different trucks. Beer and wine will also be availableĀ for sale throughout the festival. In addition to the delectable bites from restaurants and caterers, the family festival will feature the KidsĀ Alley, complete with moonwalks and sand art. Musical entertainment can be heard throughout the festival from the Cobb Life Stage and the Main Band Stand in Glover Park. The day will conclude with the Sunset Concert featuring TRIBUTE: a celebration of the Allman Brothers Band on the Main Band Stand at 5 p.m. This flavorful event is hosted by the Marietta Visitors Bureau in conjunction with the City of Marietta.
