Camp Fernwood is an all-girls residential summer camp located in Poland, Maine for campers ages 7 to 15. Founded in 1921, Camp Fernwood is rooted in the four principles of living simply, enjoying the beauty and wonder of natural surroundings, nurturing tolerance and unselfishness, and developing loving, lifelong friendships.

Camp Fernwood's 6.5 week, single-session program is intentional, allowing for friendships to form, independence and resilience to develop, and girls to fully immerse themselves in the complete camp experience.

Summer sessions can help your children learn, grow, and keep their cool! Children love these week-long sessions because they get to build and program robots, drones and more. Using drag-and-drop technology like scratch or more advanced technology like python and raspberry pi, your children will be engineering some really cool stuff—the only limit is their imagination! Weekly coding sessions will also be offered for children who want to work on building video games and web apps.
